About Kaz I Kiriya
紀里谷和明
Kaz I Kiriya (Kazuaki KIRIYA) was born in Kumamoto Prefecture in 1968 and grew up in Japan and the USA. After graduating from Parsons School of Design in New York, he started working as a photographer and directed music videos. His first feature film CASSHERN (2004) was an international success. LAST KNIGHTS (2015), a re-invention of the legend of the 47 ronin, stars Clive OWEN and Morgan FREEMAN.
