In an attack on a convoy of prisoners, several inmates are killed. The warden on duty is made the scapegoat and suspended. In his search for answers, he uncovers a network of prostitution and corruption. This film showcases the dynamic camerawork, extreme violence, and stylized action scenes that would later turn Seijun SUZUKI into a cult filmmaker.
