「ニッポン・アニメーション・ショート賞」は、最も優れた短編アニメーション映画に対して贈られる賞で、ワコムとの協力のもと今年から創設されました。対象となるのは、20分以内のアニメーション作品で、かつ、2024年から2026年の間に日本で製作された作品、または日本人監督による作品です。審査員3名により選出され、2,000ユーロの賞金が授与されます。授賞式は2026年6月6日（土）19時30分から、Künstler*innenhauses Mousonturm Saalで開催されます。
