10-Ticket Pass

This year, for the first time, a 10-ticket pass for film screenings is available online. This allows you to purchase ten film tickets for a discounted price. The 10-ticket pass is valid for all film screenings except for the NIPPON RETRO films, RYUICHI SAKAMOTO – CODA and the NIPPON FILM BREAKFAST. The 10-ticket pass can only be purchased and redeemed online.

Purchase of the 10-ticket pass

You can purchase the 10-ticket pass below here in the purchase form via our Pretix shop. If you do not yet have a Pretix customer account, please create a new account and enter your data. You will need a valid email address to activate your account. Please verify your account by clicking on the link in the confirmation email.

Booking the film tickets

After you have paid for the 10-ticket pass, you can redeem it for film tickets. Before booking the tickets, click on the “Login” button in the upper right corner of the ticket shop and enter your login data. When booking tickets, you can now select the price category “Ticket 10-ticket pass”.

Once you are logged into the ticket shop, you can book your tickets as usual at the individual event pages on our website.

You do not have to book all the films at once, the 10-ticket pass is valid until June 11, 2023.

Please note: Ticket bookings with the 10-ticket pass are only possible online. The 10-ticket pass cannot be redeemed on site at the festival box offices.

Q: When trying to log in to the ticket shop, I get the error message "We have not found an account with this email address and password."
A: Please make sure you have verified your email address by clicking the link in the confirmation email.

Q: How can I see how many times my 10-ticket has been redeemed already?
A: In the ticket shop, click on your name in the top right-hand corner to go to your customer account. In the "Memberships" tab you will see an overview of the booking status.

Q: Can I buy more than one 10-ticket pass at a time?
A: Yes, multiple 10-ticket passes are redeemed one after the other.

Q: Are the 10-ticket passes personalised?
A: No. You can use the 10-ticket to book individual film events for yourself and your friends as often as you like.
