The preparation of nihon-cha, Japanese tea, has a long tradition. Each variety must be handled differently in order to develop its full flavor. Mayumi INAYAMA-THENENT from en-cha will introduce you to the variety of Japanese teas and explain which preparation methods make your tea a delicious experience. Afterwards, you can enjoy the varieties Sencha, Kabusecha, Gyokuro and Hojicha together with sweet specialties.
