Course Description:

Each session will utilize popular Japanese media (television, movies, manga, anime, graphic novels, etc.) in order to introduce how grammar is actually used and employed in real situations. Together with other students, see how natives work verbally through various situations and learn what phrases, terms and styles are appropriate for situations we actually encounter every day. You’ll be able to immediately practice what you learn with other students through roleplay activities with personal and group feedback from our teachers and native Japanese speakers living here in Tokyo. Finally, you’ll be able to show off what you learned in our short skit performances at the end of every class.

Please don’t hesitate to contact the course creator, Bill Reilly, at the e-mail address below for any and all questions and concerns. Looking forward to learning, laughing and improving with you soon.
